To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost if such an option exists.
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Some products may also have free shipping.
Our prices are inclusive of taxes but octroi or any other charges, if applicable in your region will be additional.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order (provided that we confirm that despatch is possible within such time). An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page which is true for most cities in India. Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the products are shipped.Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Products are not shipped on Sundays and pubic holidays.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you notice that the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 91-2265819351/2 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID.
If, once you have opened your package, you notice that the product is damaged or in bad condition, please take a picture of the damage and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As most of our pieces are of limited quanity or one-off pieces we may not be able to offer you an identical replacement. Instead we will offer you a similar product and if that does not meet your approval, we will give you store credits for any future purchase (once the product has been shipped back to us in the condition it was received in).
